More about Denisse Pachuca:
Denisse Pachuca, with over 20 years in finance, has journeyed through many roles at BMO since 2013, including Branch Manager and Business Banker, now serving as Senior Regional Manager of the Zero Barriers to Business Program across many states. As a Business Banker, she managed relationships for Wisconsin companies, focusing on those with up to $10 million in revenue, and acted as an ambassador for BMO’s Empower Community Benefit Program. Leading the Zero Barriers to Business Program, Denisse allows Black, Latino, Women, and Native American entrepreneurs by providing access to capital, educational resources, and strategic partnerships. Rooted in her identity as a Latina, her advocacy for economic inclusivity and financial empowerment drives her mission to champion equity and opportunity.
