During HWCC’s 2018 Annual Awards Banquet, longtime HWCC supporters, Sophiaya and Moua Xiong of Xiong Ginseng, made the surprise announcement that they would commit to being the first HWCC Legacy Donor by donating $2,500 year for the next several years. Since this time, Yee & Thong Vue, the owners of two restaurants in Appleton, Wisconsin have joined Xiong Ginseng in becoming an HWCC Legacy Donor.

In 2021, Phyllis A Bermingham became our newest Legacy Donor! “Throughout my career, I was fortunate to hold positions in which I could try to build coalitions and join partnerships to address those issues which drive me:  civil rights and racial justice, violence against women and children, poverty/homelessness, and family stability/nurturing of children. Now I am pleased to be able to have a small part in supporting the work of the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce in furthering these goals. ”
