HWCC does not have any grants available, however we do help promote other grants from the government and partners. Below is a list of available grants, opportunities, and resources that we have found online and through HWCC’s community partners for our business community to apply for. Please note that HWCC is not involved with nor affiliated with the grants listed below, and any questions about the grants should be directed to the grant organization.

The 2023 AAPISTRONG Restaurant Fund
Applications Open: August 14-28, 2023 or if 2,000 applications is reached, whichever one comes first.
The AAPISTRONG Restaurant Fund has released a new grant program for restaurants nationwide. Grants from $15,000-$50,000 are available and 2,000 restaurants will be awarded.

1915 Studios Fall 2023

1915 Studios is a program of Georgia-Pacific and nationally ranked startup accelerator gener8tor. 1915 Studios is a free 12-week accelerator for early-stage companies. Each program is capped at five teams, and requires no fees and no equity.
Talent Marketing Co-op Initiative
WEDC’s Talent Attraction & Retention Marketing Cooperative Initiative aims to help eligible participants statewide by magnifying the impact of their own marketing investments to help solve workforce challenges.
For eligible partners, WEDC will provide dollar-for-dollar matching funds to support talent attraction retention marketing. This can include advertising, as well as such activities as such as market research, audience targeting, and development of creative materials.
Become an RNC Vendor
The Republican National Convention (RNC), scheduled for July 15-18, 2024, will welcome tens of thousands of visitors to Milwaukee. It promises to provide a windfall of revenue for the region. And now, local businesses can throw their hats in the ring as potential vendors. Learn more on how to become a vendor during this convention.
